Take time away from the busyness of everyday life and join me for a relaxing sound bath in the peaceful surroundings of Pott Row Chapel.
Allow yourself an hour to slow down, rest and enjoy the calming vibrations of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other sound instruments, creating a space for relaxation, stillness and calm.
