Terms & Conditions:

By booking and attending any class, sound bath or event with Deb Barlow Yoga & Sound Baths, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Hatha Yoga Class Fees, payment & Missed Classes:

Fees are payable in advance for each 4-week term.

4-class term: £28.00 (£7 per class)
3-class term: £24.00 (£8 per class)
2-class term: £18.00 (£9 per class)
A regular single-class booking option is not available. However, in exceptional and infrequent circumstances, a single class may be booked at a cost of £10.00, subject to prior agreement and payment before the term begins.

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable to future terms or events.
Fees are per person and may not be transferred or shared.
If you are booking a 2- or 3-class term, please let me know at the time of payment which date(s) you will be unable to attend.
The reduced term options are intended to accommodate pre-booked absences and are not designed for ad hoc attendance.
If you miss a class that you have paid for, you may attend an alternative session within the same term, subject to availability.
Attendance at an alternative session cannot be guaranteed and is subject to available spaces.
Missed classes cannot be carried forward to future terms or exchanged for cash refunds.
Booking for the next term will open the day after the final class of the current term, and you will receive an email reminder.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a class, any outstanding fees will either be refunded or carried forward to the next term, whichever you prefer.

If you are new to my classes, you are welcome to book a taster class - £7.00.
Taster classes can be booked and paid for online in advance and are subject to availability. A taster class can only be booked once and is available to new students attending for the first time.
Taster class bookings are non-refundable, however you may reschedule your session to an alternative date, subject to availability.

All sound baths, workshops and special events must be booked and paid for in advance.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or, where appropriate, the option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date

Private yoga sessions, private sound baths and bespoke events are available by arrangement and must be booked in advance.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be agreed at the time of booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event.
If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 7 days of the event date, the full balance remains payable unless I am able to re-book the date.
If you wish to reschedule your booking, I will do my best to accommodate this, subject to availability.
If I need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid, including your deposit.

Please inform me of any relevant health conditions, injuries or accessibility requirements before attending a class or event.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit to participate. If you have any concerns, please seek appropriate medical advice before attending.
Participants attend all classes and events at their own risk and should work within their own abilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any injury, loss or damage sustained during or as a result of attending classes or events.
