Personal Data Collected at Time of Contact/Enquiry:
Your method of contact details (email, text, phone) are held for 180 days from initial point of contact. If you choose not to proceed any further with your enquiry your contact details and correspondence will be deleted after this period.

A certain amount of personal data is collected by Deb Barlow Yoga at the point of attending your first class. This is for the purposes of meeting general insurance company criteria as well as for your health and safety at yoga. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.

All information gathered by Deb Barlow Yoga is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party, unless it is legally obliged to do so.

How I use your Contact Information:
When attending class for the first time you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and/or phone number being used by Deb Barlow Yoga to inform you of class changes and service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.
You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to Deb Barlow Yoga, which in some cases may mean that I am not able to provide certain information or updates to you.
Emergency Contact Information:
Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should Deb Barlow Yoga need to contact your named emergency contact or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
