Join me for the final sound bath of the year, in the peaceful setting of Pott Row Chapel, surrounded by Christmas trees.
With the glow of the Christmas tree lights and the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, enjoy an hour to slow down, settle into the evening and have some uninterrupted time for yourself as Christmas approaches.
