Join us for relaxed Friday evening sound baths at the Methodist Church in Swaffham, Norfolk.
These sessions offer an opportunity to slow down at the end of the week, switch off from daily stresses and enjoy the calming effects of sound. Using gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, each session is designed to immerse you in layers of resonant sound and vibration, encouraging deep relaxation and leaving you feeling rested and refreshed as you head into the weekend.
