About the event
Online and in person menopause yoga classes coming in the Autumn, full details to follow soon.
Each class will focus on a specific symptom of menopause such as hot flushes and night sweats, stress and anxiety, irritability and mood swings and insomnia and fatigue, and how our yoga practice can help to manage these symptoms.
