About the event
Menopause is a natural aging process that nothing can change, including yoga, but what yoga can do is to give us some tools to help and embrace our journey.
Post-menopause (our second spring) is a time for liberation, new growth, empowerment and strength, embracing the wisdom that comes with it.
The morning will focus on ways in which we can use our yoga practice, meditation and breath work to honour who we are, building strength but also knowing when to rest, to befriend ourselves and our emotions, and live our best lives with grace and vitality.
We will begin with a sharing circle/interactive discussion (interaction and sharing is optional). Following on with an exploration of various breathing techniques and a physical practice, bringing the morning to a close with some restorative/relaxation and meditation time.
There will be time at the end of the morning for reflection and refreshments.
The cost is £16 - prepayment only.
