About the event
Join me for this sound bath, held at the time of the new moon, a natural point for slowing down and setting gentle intentions.
This session offers a quiet, supportive space to rest deeply while being immersed in the resonant sounds of singing bowls, gong, and other therapeutic instruments.
These low-frequency vibrations may help guide the nervous system towards a more restful state, supporting the shift from heightened alertness into relaxation. The rhythmic tones can also encourage slower brainwave activity associated with deep rest and meditative awareness.
The chapel provides a calm and peaceful setting that allows you to fully switch off and be present.
