As November arrives and the natural world begins to slow ready for winter, we can take a little inspiration from the idea of hibernation, making space for rest, stillness and a chance to recharge.
This month’s sound bath also falls on the New Moon in Scorpio, traditionally associated with reflection, letting go and making space for new beginnings.
Join me for an hour of soothing sounds from gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. Take some time to hibernate for a little while, get comfortable and simply rest.
