As autumn arrives and nature begins to slow down, take some time to pause, rest and reconnect with a sense of calm.
Relax into the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments, creating space for deep relaxation and restoration. Allow the gentle vibrations of sound to quieten a busy mind and body, leaving you feeling rested and refreshed.
