As we move towards autumn, join me for a relaxing evening sound bath at the chapel in Pott Row. A chance to slow down, settle into the changing season and take some peaceful time for yourself.
Using gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments, you will be guided into a restful state while experiencing the calming effects of sound and vibration.

• Yoga mat
