Join me on Mondy 13th April for this gently uplifting sound bath.
This sound bath invites you into a calm openness of being as we fully blossom into springtime. Gentle, flowing vibrational tones help you soften tension, release heaviness and settle into a renewed sense of balance. Perfect for a restorative reset and a chance to feel grounded yet gently uplifted.
No experience is needed, just come as you are and allow yourself time to rest and restore.
Doors open at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start
