Join me on Friday 27th March for this gently uplifting sound bath.
As the seasons continue to turn and the year gathers momentum, this sound bath offers space to pause in the in-between.
A chance to step out of doing and into simply being.
Through gentle, immersive sound, the nervous system is invited to soften, the mind to quieten, and the body to settle into steady ease. A grounding evening to reconnect with yourself before moving forward again.
Doors will open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start
