I look forward welcoming you to an evening of deep rest and relaxation at this summer sound bath.
Held in the peaceful surroundings of Pott Row Chapel, this session offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and enjoy a period of quiet stillness and restoration.
Relax comfortably while being immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. The gentle vibrations and tones can help calm the mind, ease tension, and encourage a deep sense of rest and wellbeing.
No experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any additional supports you need to rest comfortably. Chairs are also available for those who would prefer not to lie on the floor.
