Sunday Evening Sound Bath - Swaffham Assembly Rooms

Join us for a relaxing Sunday evening sound bath at the Assembly Rooms in Swaffham, Norfolk.

These gentle sessions offer an opportunity to slow down at the end of the week, switch off from daily stresses, and enjoy the calming effects of sound . Using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, each session is designed to immerse you in layers of resonant sound vibrations that can help encourage deep relaxation and restore a sense of balance for the week ahead.

You do not need to lie on the floor to take part. You are welcome to relax seated on the floor with cushions and support, or seated comfortably in a chair.
