About the event
Join us for a relaxing Sunday evening sound bath at the Assembly Rooms in Swaffham, Norfolk.
These sessions offer a chance to slow down at the end of the week and enjoy the calming effects of sound. Using gongs and other instruments, each session is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset for the week ahead.
No experience is needed
Doors open at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start
